Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new properties, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that The Auzano Group, LLC assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device.

The views or opinions heard on any broadcast(s) are not the views of The Auzano Group, LLC, the management or it's employees. We take no responsibility for the content, copyrights, or licensing of any of the broadcast(s) on listenz.com or auzanogroup.com. For more information about something you heard on a broadcast(s) please contact the broadcast(s) producer Not The Auzano Group, LLC.

Any questions or comments about a web site, podcast or webcast will NOT be answered.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. The Auzano Group, LLC provides our users the ability to post their comments or opinions about different broadcasts, or content heard on a broadcast. These views or opinions are not the views of The Auzano Group, LLC, the management or it's employees. We take no responsibility for the content, of a message posted by a user.

Pricing
We reserve the right to change our pricing, features, or products at any time, without notice. These New change take effect immediately. If you received a quote 5 days before these changes, we will honor the quoted prices. But after that, or if you can not prove the 5 day mark the new pricing will be in effect.
